In addition to certain guarantees provided by law, CyberSecurityPlan (“CSP”) guarantees our services and support. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used in the future on the CSP website.
Additional CSP guarantee:
1. If you are not satisfied, call us toll free at (844) CYBER00 during business hours. All requests must be made within thirty days (30) of purchase. CSP will process and respond to your request within 7 business days after receiving all documents and proof requested from you.
2. If you would like to exchange the product for a different CSP product and/or service you must request this upgrade, downgrade and or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Any price difference between original order and replacement shall be credited toward the new order. Any difference will be paid by the customer to CSP or vice vesa at your billing address within seven (7) business days after the change in service has been processed.
3. Monthly service fees may be modified and/or cancelled with thirty days (30) days notice to CSP, via a telephone call to our customer service hotline. CSP will send an acknowledgement email to your party once services are cancelled confirming cancellation of service.
4. Please note, CSP cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any of our services beyond our control. Therefore this guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by CSP, not changes to your business, your situation, your state of mind or otherwise.
